Chris Tap (1973, Amsterdam)

Studied economics and cultural anthropology, before he became a full-time sculptor. Over the past twelve years he developed as an autodidact his passion for the profession. For his study of anatomy, Chris stayed often in zoos to study felines. He got in Artis the opportunity to see the animals up close, as they were under anesthesia for medical treatment.
