Chris Tap (1973, Amsterdam) studied economics and cultural anthropology before becoming a full-time sculptor. For the past twelve years, he has developed his passion for the profession as an autodidact. Chris is the second generation artists in his family. His father, Wim Tap, is a well-known Dutch artist. Tap has a fascination for animals, the strength and flexibility that they possess and their beautiful way of moving.
